Bangalore is a Heaven for SW Engineers
I have been to Bangalore, India for a while.
I had a busy time, so I couldn't write any blog posts during that period.
As you know, there are so many IT companies in Bangalore. Most of them are from the US and the EU, so Bangalore is now called the Silicon Valley of India.
Excellent software engineers have come here from every state of India and even from other countries. They are well educated at good universities of technology and speak English well. Indian software companies are also well developed. They not only do outsourcing work but also export their own solutions, such as banking, accounting, and ERP. Infosys, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy are typical examples.

Actually, many IT engineers and researchers moved to the US to get jobs in the 1980s and early 1990s, because there were no good jobs for them in India at that time. As a result, some Indians achieved great success. The founder of Hotmail is a good example. Now they are leading the IT industry in the US. Microsoft can't do anything without Indian engineers.
They are now returning to India with advanced technology and Western corporate culture, and spreading advanced software technology in their country. New engineers are learning and experiencing cutting-edge technologies, processes, and management skills from them.
I think Bangalore is a heaven for software engineers. There are so many jobs in various areas, so they can find a job they like, and it is easy to move to another country for a better job once they have enough experience and skills.
That is why IT is the most popular field for Indian students, and many students want to become software engineers.
I think the future of the Indian software business is very bright. There are enough human resources and a good education system. Engineers have experienced various business and technical cases from the foreign companies that have expanded into India.
Someday, Indian software companies will play an even more important role in the IT revolution of the world.
